  • If there is ANY smell of perfume, body spray or any other smell we will reject the return/exchange 100% of the time

  • You will then be responsible for return shipping.  We will hold you product for 30 days after refusal to return exchange.  After this deadline has passed your item will be discarded

If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue it using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

4.2 Exchanges:

If you are eligible for an exchange, we will promptly ship the replacement product to you once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

 

4.3 If it is determined that you are abusing return & exchange or are doing anything we deem as detrimental to our business we reserve the right to ban and block you after completing your order.
